Child of God, wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, quilter, basket lover, amateur photographer, flower and vegetable gardener …….. some a little of who I am, some a lot of who I am, and all a part of me. When I started quilting several years ago, it sparked a passion in my creative side that I never knew existed. I fell in love with it from the very start. I love everything about it, from choosing the fabrics and designing the quilt until the time I finish the last stitch of the binding and everything in between.

My 2010 completed quilts!

I use the word "quilts" rather loosely here.  You might find a full size quilt, wall hanging, pot grabber, table runner, Christmas stocking, or even a Christmas ornament --- basically anything quilty!

Old Glory wall hanging using one of my favorite quilt blocks, the Pioneer Braid, with appliqued stars on top. I love this "flag"!!!

I love this fabric line from Moda, "A day in the country."  The fabrics look almost sunwashed and I love how this trio of pillows turned out.

Two new fall wall hangings!  I have had this fabric for 4 or 5 years and finally decided on what I wanted to do with it!  Log cabin is another of my favorite blocks.

Football quilts!  I made the football fabric quilt for my family and the Dallas Cowboys quilt for Hayley's boyfriend, T.J.

Log cabin baby quilt for Madelyn from Moda "A Little Romance".

Christmas tree skirt --- rag quilt with flannel fabric

And the reverse side of the tree skirt ...

My first stocking ... Fabric is Mistletoe Manor by Moda

And another stocking for the Dallas Cowboys fan

A gift for a friend, framed Ohio Star quilt block.

A gift for another friend, Friendship Star variation.
